It's Christmas time!!!

Yes the tree is HUGE!!! You see David and I have this on and off year thing going on with our tree's. It started the first year we were married... he grew up with a "real" Christmas Tree and I grew up with an "artificial" Christmas Tree, He didnt' want to give up his "real" tree's and nor did I want to give up my "artificial" tree's so we compromised on it. The even year's we would have a real tree and the odd years we would have an artificial tree. What we didnt' know 2 years ago is that we get them for FREE!!! This year's tree was won at a drawing at a Christmas Bazzar I did about a month ago selling Tupperware, these two girls came by my booth selling raffel tickets for a Christmas Tree at a $1.00 a piece for the tickets, I looked at Dave and said sure what would it hurt we won't likly win anyways. Three hours later the girls came back and said what size tree do you want? I said what? they repated themselves me with googlely eye's said well.......ummm how big can we get it? They said 6ft, 7ft, 8ft, or 9ft, and bigger.... Dave goes 8ft will be pleanty Leah... I smirked at him going okay what ever you say dear!! So a week later we went and go our "little" tree well what did I do.... the guy showed me a 9ft tree David goes ummmm are you sure that is going to fit... I said of course honey!!!! Well I was right it's just huge!!! and really pretty in my humble opinion!!!
Merry Christmas Everyone!!!

Although she didn't feel good we did have fun as you can tell by these photo's !!! And yes I even got David to dress up this year!!!

Happy Halloween!!!!

One of my favorite things is Halloween I love dressing up with Makayla and taking her out trick or treating!! We had a lot of fun this year we took her to a big town trick or treating event that the down town businesses do in Astoria, and then we went out to my mom and dad's neighborhood and took her trick or treating their too!!! Unfortunately that is when and you can tell by this photo that Makayla decided she wasn't feeling too good!!! Never fails she gets sick over Halloween!!! Well she was a trooper and went to a few houses but wanted to go home and go to bed! At least she had a little bit of fun!!!
The good news is she is feeling better now.... thanks to the magic of doctor's offices and antibiotics!!!! :)

Update on Us

Update on US Its been a while since I have posted on here and I felt that I probally should give everyone an update on what is going on in our lives over the past few months. A month ago we moved into a new house we are busy decorating once I get done I will post some photo's. Our biggest news is that four weeks ago we started fertility treatments this is going to be one hell of a long road for us. I never imgianed that I would have to edoure this, I have had more blood drawn from me in the past four weeks to last me a life time. I have had an HSG done to see if their was any scare tissue or blockage and that came back normal I had to have a internal ultrasound done on friday and that came back normal. David has been tested and he is NORMAL... thank goodness. Now I just have to sit down with my doctor and come up with an action plan on how to get my body to ovulate. Sorry if it is TMI for most of you, but when your dealing with PCOS. And you don't take care of yourself the risk of cervical cancer is extremely high. I learned that not only is it gentic but it is a hormonal problem. Lovely for women when your trying to get pregnant and you have PCOS life is not always fun. Just ask Dave on a day and a life of the Cox Family.... He told the doctor that he could buy stock in pregnancy test.... LOL we have bought so many of them that it isn't even funny anymore. I have gotten to the point where I just dread when someone ask me if I am pregnant yet. After a while you feel like your being punished for something and you don't know what you have done wrong. Believe me it's not fun but its my life. Yes I got pregnant once she is 7 yrs old and I love her beyond meausre but David doesn't have any children of his own so hopefully our prayers will be answered sooner or later. :( :)

Please say a few prayers for us.. we could use them lately!!!

Love to all,

David and Leah
