Update on US Its been a while since I have posted on here and I felt that I probally should give everyone an update on what is going on in our lives over the past few months. A month ago we moved into a new house we are busy decorating once I get done I will post some photo's. Our biggest news is that four weeks ago we started fertility treatments this is going to be one hell of a long road for us. I never imgianed that I would have to edoure this, I have had more blood drawn from me in the past four weeks to last me a life time. I have had an HSG done to see if their was any scare tissue or blockage and that came back normal I had to have a internal ultrasound done on friday and that came back normal. David has been tested and he is NORMAL... thank goodness. Now I just have to sit down with my doctor and come up with an action plan on how to get my body to ovulate. Sorry if it is TMI for most of you, but when your dealing with PCOS. And you don't take care of yourself the risk of cervical cancer is extremely high. I learned that not only is it gentic but it is a hormonal problem. Lovely for women when your trying to get pregnant and you have PCOS life is not always fun. Just ask Dave on a day and a life of the Cox Family.... He told the doctor that he could buy stock in pregnancy test.... LOL we have bought so many of them that it isn't even funny anymore. I have gotten to the point where I just dread when someone ask me if I am pregnant yet. After a while you feel like your being punished for something and you don't know what you have done wrong. Believe me it's not fun but its my life. Yes I got pregnant once she is 7 yrs old and I love her beyond meausre but David doesn't have any children of his own so hopefully our prayers will be answered sooner or later. :( :)
Please say a few prayers for us.. we could use them lately!!!
Love to all,
David and Leah

The big count down has begun!!!!!
I know everyone is going to go what big count down? And I know that everyone knows that I am in school full time studying Business Management. I just found out two days ago that I have exactly seven more classes to go!!! I will be completely done with my undergrad degree on 7/7/09!!!!! I am so excited I can't believe I am so close to being done with this part of my education!!! I have gained a great appreciation for education as a whole in the past few years!! I have learned a great deal more about myself in knowing that I can do this, to think that when I started school almost five years ago that it was just Makayla and I, I don't know how I did it for three years by myself but I did and then two years of being married. I couldn't even tell you if one is easier than the other. All I know is a great deal of hard work and extreme amount of patients from my family!! And all these late nights doing homework will really pay off in the end!!! I am so excited!!! But when I told Dave that I wasn't completely done.... he had a really dumb-found look on his face. I told him well I think I really need to get my masters degree and he agreed!! So the late nights aren't completely over but at least this phase of my education is almost over!! What a ride!!!I would do it again in a heart beat!!!!

New House
Well we just moved again......... I really hate the thought of packing up everything and moving again. But this time we weren't given a lot of choice, our landlord informed us that he wanted to sell the house that we are living in currently. So began a rather quick journey of finding another house in a short amount of time..... it didn't take us too long to find one either!!! Lots of prayers I tell ya!! It just sort of fell into our laps!!! We love it!!! I just glad to be rid of the claw foot tubs permanently!!! The problem with living in a town that is historic as Astoria is... that you get to deal with old Victorian homes their everywhere!!! Nice too look at a pain to live in!!! We are just finishing up the final phases of moving and beginning to settle into our new house!!! Makayla is happy she got a swing set in the back yard that she plays on all the time!! It came with the house!!!
Makayla's First Day of Second grade!!

I can't believe that she is in second grade already!!! What happen to the past seven years? She has grown up so quickly before my eyes, what a blessing in my life you have become Makayla!!! Your a true gift from Heavenly Father and you are very loved!!! I just hope that you continue to love school as much as you do already!!! Your love of learning is a real joy to watch grow and blossom!!! I love you sweetie!!!
