Well last week's weigh in made my Valentines Day .... I hope this week's weight loss shows good results again. It is becoming such a good habit for me instead of feeling like I can't eat things any more. I have lost a lot of taste for candy and soda, well the soda started it all in December of last year. When I completely gave up regular soda. I drink a diet soda once in a while but I drink a lot more water than before.
