This week we decided that we needed to get family photo's taken since we have not had them taken since we got married!!! And I wanted to get some cap and gown photo's taken to insert in my grad annoucments that I am sending out to everyone!!!! It was a long afternoon but we had fun!!!

Beauty...............AKA Makayla

Today was our typical Saturday morning of snuggling and sleeping in as a family!! This is how our typical Satruday goes... Makayla get's up at 7am crawls into bed with David and I and turns it on Disney Channel! She boots David out of bed about 7:30ish and snuggles with me..... I swear that child knows how to beat someone up!!! Oh my goodness I love her so much!!! When she get's bored of snuggling she takes my face cupped into her hands kissing me saying " Good Morning Mama...... I love you.... OH guess what?!" I say in a very sleepy voice " Good Morning Sweetie... I love you too..... I give up what do I need to guess?!" She then says.... " I am hungry" !! Need I say more???? I swear that child is sometimes a walkign talking stomach theirs just one problem.. she has a mobtablism that I have never seen before!!! I think it's from all the dancing, and jumping and playing she does!!! WOW She goes like the engerizer bunny that is for sure!!!

So today we went out to breakfast after we got up and going..... and we drove to Wal Mart, I was on a mission... I need to get my old Tupperware Sing off my backwindow so I needed to buy some rubbing Alcohol to get it off... Since I got a new viynal Sign for my back window of my car ( I will post the photo in a different blog). So we got to Wal Mart ( remeber I am on a mission) I swear every slow person known to man kind is at this store today!! UGH!!! David wanted to go look at something ( I have no clue what he wanted to look at he's a guy) LOL.... Anyway Makayla and I walk over to Health and Beauty section...... Igot my two large things of rubbing Alcohol went down another isle and go oh yeah I need to get some shampoe and conditioner, etc..... I am weaving or attempting to weave through the isles... and then we got to the isle where they have all the hair pretty's as we call them! I wanted to get some barettes for Makayla....and a couple of other things... and then She saw the PINK SPONGE CURLERS!!! My mom used to put those in my hair when I was little to make it nice and pretty!! So this is the conversation between Makayla and I " Mommy I really could use those" I said " why honey??? She goes... " Mommy thsoe could make my hair really pretty" I said... " Well honey are you actually going to let me put them in your hair?" ... She said with hands on her hips " Please mommy I will be your best friend." in this cute little voice of her's when she says those words... it makes my heart melt!! " I said Makayla if I buy these for you we get to try them tonight!!! Makayla goes " REALLY" I said YES we can buy these..... She was so excited she couldn't contain her self anymore!! " She goes alright lets go home and use them !!! LOL I don't think she understood the concept of we had other shopping to do... she kept telling everyone about the curler's!!! Happiness

This past week has been an emonital l roller coaster for David and I, mainly the stress was all on me and not so much on David. I am coming down to the last five classes in my degree program at school; I have spent four and half years working my tail off at school getting good grades. And plugging through classes that I just really don't get or understand! Until now I have done extremely well at school and I have been pleased with myself. Until I got the professor from he double hockey sticks that is doing his best to flunk me. This is a finanace class and I know it's not an easy task for most people, but this is a special excpetion here!!! He expects all of our assingments done in excel, I can creat a spreadsheet but I do not understand excel functions..... he accused me of cheating on an assingment and gave me zero points for it, and when I told him this past week that I had a miscarriage and I wouldn't be in class he was not willing to give me an extension on the assingment and only gave me 3 points on the assingment. We have team assingments they help a very small amount and right now I have an "F" in this class..... UGH!!! All becasue I complained and complained and complained to the DEAN and who ever else would listen to me... he not only accused me but 11 other people of cheating on our assingments. And this is what I get in return not grading paper's fairly!! So their is one part of my stress the second part was my miscarriage..... David and I have been trying to get pregnant for almsot two years now, we are going through fertility treatments and we havent been successful... SO we thought .... and then last Sunday I knew something wasn't right and I just kept pushing it off as that it was my meds working through my cycle...... and Monday it got worse and Dave had enough and took me in... and well I was two months prengnant but all the stress of the week before I just couldn't hold on to it this time... :( Their were other stresses this past week... and all i wanted to do is lay down and sleep and recover do you honstly think that anyone in this world would let me do that??? NOPE!!! Not with my day job, not with Tupperware, not with Girl Scouts, not with family, not with anything...... So to say that I recovered and I am rested is nothing short of a lie and I do't lie...... So who knows if I will get their this week... But I do know that I have come to peace and understanding of what the lords work is and I can live with that for the time being!!! On a happier note I have been sticking to weight watchers like I am suppsoed to and becasue of all this stress I lost 6lbs this past week!! YEAH ME!!! Only 45 lbs to go!!!

Oh where to begin.....

I have figured that I need to post on here much more... the last post I made was at Christmas..... YIKES!!! There isn't a whole lot going on here these day's just enjoing working and I am coming down to my last five classes at school!! YEAH ME... the light is at the end of the tunnel!!! We got a Wii Fit for Christmas and I have been deligent in working out every night..... expect for Tuesday nights becasue Ihave school on those nights!! :( Bummer deal!! My brithday is the 19th of this month and Dave bought me tickets to a Boyz To Men Concert..... I am really excited about that!! To boot it's actually on my birthday LOL!!! That never happens....NEVER!!! I decided to go back on weight watcher's this year.... though I never really stopped paying for it..... I jsut wasn't following the plan I have been following it very closly since the beginng of the year though!! The only thing that will probally ruin is that Makayla is selling Girl Scout Cookies... MAN THOSE ARE A WEEKNESS BIG TIME!!!

Makayla keeps growing .... She had a winter concert tonight at school it was a delay in their Christmas Program from December nothing like hearing Christmas songs five day's before my birthday LOL!!! But it was cute... and Dave and I learned that she is pretty musicly inclined especially in the area of percussion....... Her cousins like that one!!!

Merry Christmas

David and I just wanted to take a few mintues and wish everyone a Merry Christmas!!! This year has gone by so fast! Sometimes I wonder where the time has gone... Wasn't it just yesterday that I was 7 yrs old anticpaiting Christmas and what I would get from Santa!!?? Now it's my turn to be a mom of a 7 yr old and watching her anticpate the arrival of Christmas and watch her make her Christmas wish list!!! Though her idea's for gifts are some of the most interesting things that I have seen come from a 7 yr old!! Then again we had a Girl Scout Christmas party two weeks ago and I had the girls make their Christmas list, and all of them asked for I-Pods... I was a little shocked that they would ask for that.... and lots of request for "PINK" or "PURPLE" laptops...... what happened to toys???? LOL! Though their suprise visit for Santa kinda straighten them out on the things that he might bring this year!
Over the past few days I have been super busy baking cookies and making fudge in preperation for Christmas!!! I love this time of year...... I love being with my family more than anything in this and I miss that some of us can not be together this year..... Mother Nature had a differnt request this year!! Among other various things and happenings!! Oh how I would love for all of us to be together next Christmas!!! I have spent a great deal of time thinking about Christmas past....... The all nighters that my nephew's and nieces and I would have to see if we could stay up and see Santa!! Mom's famous Christmas Morning Breakfast Cassrole!! And she is making it for us tomorrow!! YUMMIE!!! Our tradtion of opening up on gift on Christmas Eve, and hopes that our anticpating for the other gifts would settle down... though I am told that my oldest sister tired many of times to bargin with my parents to let her open all of her gifts but it never worked!!! My daughter's idea on why we open presents is becasue and I quote " Mommy the reason we open gifts on Christmas is becasue Jesus wants to share his birthday presents with everyone!" I didn't know wether to laugh or cry when she told David and I this a little bit ago!! On that note I will wish everyone a Merry Christmas!!!
